By using adds96 (hereinafter "the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. Registering or using any service on adds96 constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Registration Eligibility

To open an account with adds96, applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. adds96 reserves the right to request identity documents for age verification at any time.

One Account Policy

Each person may only create one account. If a member is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Multiple accounts cannot be created under the same mobile number.
• Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are not permitted.
• Family members may open separate accounts using their own devices — however, adds96 must be informed in advance.

Accurate Information

Providing complete and accurate information at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing false or incorrect information will result in account closure. As part of its KYC process, adds96 may request a copy of your National ID or passport.

Account Security

Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact adds96 Support immediately. The member bears full responsibility for any loss resulting from third-party use of their account.

Deposit

Adds96 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the chosen method. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted — only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal

A minimum balance of ৳300 is required to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.

• Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements (a set number of times the amount must be wagered).
• Winnings from bonus balance are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time only — they expire automatically once the period ends.

• Using an account on behalf of or for a minor.

Before closing an account, adds96 will generally notify the member and give them an opportunity to explain. However, in cases of serious rule violations, an account may be closed without prior notice.

Account Closure by Member

If you wish to close your account, please contact adds96 Support. All funds remaining in your account must be withdrawn before the closure is processed.

Adds96 is committed to resolving any member complaints or disputes promptly and fairly. In the event of a dispute, please follow the steps below:
